About Your First Visit

One Hour Will be Reserved With Dr.Gardner for Your First Visit.
You will receive a personalized Comprehensive Oral Evaluation which includes:

  • cavity and disease detecting x-rays

  • oral cancer screening

  • periodontal (gum) assessment

  • evaluation of existing restorations

  • evaluation of bite and chewing patterns

  • review and update of your medical history and medications

  • evaluation of possible cosmetic corrections

  • identification of potential causes of bad breath

  • development and review of a treatment plan

Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We require two (2) business days’ notice for rescheduling changes. A charge will be applied for failed appearances or cancellations with less than two (2) days’ notice.
